Andrew Bye


Andy is a qualified, and highly experienced risk management and risk finance professional, providing functional responsibility to FTSE 100 or equivalent entities. He has been engaged in the risk profession for 40 years, holding varied positions both in an employed and a consulting capacity. He has extensive knowledge and skills, gained by operating in both non-regulatory and regulatory environments. His commercial experience is drawn from a wide range of industrial, international and trade sector both in the UK and overseas. In addition, he has extensive experience in financial services, and is actively engaged in supporting professional and institute standard bodies.

Zam Manji


Zam has had over 15 years experience in the financial service sector – both as a private & investment banker.
He started his career in the Fixed Income division of Bear Stearns and JP Morgan in London, before shifting into Private Banking with Royal Bank of Canada Suisse and Banque SYZ following their acquisition in 2015 in Dubai and Geneva. A few years later he moved to Banque J. Safra Sarasin in Geneva.
Zam has built strong relations with his clients and partners, with extensive knowledge on Swiss and Emerging markets.
He is a graduate of Warwick Business School.

Yohan Palleau


Yohan worked in several branches of the BPCE Group before joining the Deal Team of a Swiss private equity fund called Ace & Company. He then moved to Banque SYZ as a private banker covering private and institutional clients accross UK, Middle East and Africa. He holds a Bachelor of science in Management from HEC Lausanne and has completed a Master of science in Wealth Management at the University of Geneva.

He was selected as Top Talent under 30 by Citywire.

Glenn Coxon

Investment Director

Glenn began his investment management career in 1997 and has managed private client and family office wealth ever since. He was a member of the Asset Allocation, Fund Selection and Alternatives committees with Collins Stewart before moving to Switzerland in 2008. Glenn founded Harver Capital in 2015, a boutique asset manager, delivering a strong track record with a unique Evidence Based investment process for multi-asset portfolios. In 2023 NFG Partners acquired the business of Harver Capital to further enhance their asset management capabilities. Glenn is lead manager of the NFG Partners SPC – NFG Multi-Asset fund.

Joshua Oldham, CFA

Investment Manager

Josh joined Harver Capital in 2016 after completing a Masters in Mathematical Finance at York. Josh manages client portfolios, undertakes investment research and modelling as well as providing analytical support to the business. Josh has six years of hands on asset management experience and joined NFG Partners in 2023 as part of the acquisition of Harver Capital. He is a CFA charter holder and currently a candidate in the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) Program.
